Aluminum Gravity Die Casting
Aluminum Gravity Die Casting (also known as Kokil Casting) is a manufacturing method in which molten aluminum is poured into reusable metal molds (usually made of steel or cast iron) and allowed to solidify under the effect of gravity.

TST Parts
Casting method where molten aluminum is poured into metal molds and shaped under gravity.
Working Principle
In this process, molten aluminum is poured into a permanent metal mold. The metal fills the cavity by gravity and solidifies inside the mold. Unlike pressure die casting, no external pressure is applied.
The metal mold (die) is prepared and preheated.
Molten aluminum (around 700 °C) is prepared in the furnace.
The molten metal is poured into the mold cavity.
The aluminum solidifies in the mold.
The mold is opened and the casting is removed.
